HEAD OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT

We are currently looking for a Head of Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Protection (OSHEP) who will develop and implement the OSHEP strategy, ensure compliance with the Group's standards and strengthen the safety culture and accountability in the organization. You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Leading the OSHEP function, including OSHEP teams, ensuring effective coordination of activities, competence development and accountability;
• Developing and implementing the company's OSHEP strategy in accordance with the Group's standards;
• Ensuring monitoring of OSHEP performance results, preparing reports for management and initiating initiatives to improve performance indicators;
• Leading the development and improvement of OSHEP processes and management systems;
• Ensuring the operation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems, conducting audits and continuous improvement;
• Managing DSSA risks, organizing inspections, audits, incident investigations and implementing preventive measures; Managing DSSA risks, leading assurance activities, including inspections, audits and thematic reviews, coordinating incident investigations and ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions;;
• Ensuring the development of DSSA competencies of employees and the effectiveness of the training system;
• Coordinating the safety and environmental management of contractors and ensuring compliance with legal requirements;
• Cooperating with state institutions and other stakeholders;
• Contributing to the organization's crisis preparedness, business continuity and continuous improvement.

• Higher university degree in occupational safety, environmental protection, health sciences, engineering or other related field;
• Certified Safety Specialist or equivalent professional qualification;
• Significant professional experience in the field of DSSA (at least 10 years);
• Successful experience in leadership, team development and coordination of activities;
• Experience in DSSA governance, audits and compliance assurance;
• Excellent knowledge of DSSA requirements;
• Ability to influence and cooperate with stakeholders at various levels;
• Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

An advantage would be:

• Experience in developing and implementing DSSA solutions in complex industrial, energy or other high-risk organizations;
• ISO 45001 lead auditor qualification and ISO 14001 internal auditor qualification;
• NEBOSH diploma or equivalent international qualification;
• Advanced incident investigation and prevention training.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 5,280 to EUR 7,920 (excluding tax). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
