You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• Ensuring the implementation of the Republic of Lithuania's Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Protection (OSHE) legislation, the Company's and the Group's internal requirements, and applying effective risk management practices;
• Conducting regular and extraordinary inspections of workplaces, contractor activities and high-risk work, and assessing the effectiveness of control measures;
• Participating in incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis, ensuring the quality of investigations and a culture of learning from incidents;
• Consulting company employees on OSHE issues and communicating about safety priorities;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of DSSA processes and development of initiatives.

• Higher education in safety, engineering or other related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in DSSA, preferably in the industrial, energy, manufacturing or construction sectors;
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, fire and civil protection processes.
• Valid certificate entitling to work as an occupational safety and health specialist in companies of all types of economic activity; fire safety certificate (advantage);
• Impeccable knowledge of Lithuanian and English (level B2).

An advantage would be:

• Experience in applying international risk assessment methodologies (e.g., "HIRA", "TRA", "ORA");
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certificate;
• "NEBOSH" or equivalent certificate;
• Practical experience of working with artificial intelligence solutions, exceeding the beginner user level.

• Remuneration commensurate with experience and competencies, and a variable financial bonus (up to 10% of annual salary) depending on the results achieved;

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,520 to EUR 3,780 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
