About us
We are looking for an Occupational Safety, Health and Sustainability Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) requirements and coordinating social compliance and sustainability processes within the organization.
In this position, you will work on OSH processes, audits, ESG initiatives and social responsibility standards, working closely with internal departments and external partners.

Nature of work:
- Ensure compliance with OSH requirements in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the company's internal procedures;
- Organize employee training on OSH issues, consult and ensure proper implementation and documentation of instructions;
- Coordinate occupational risk assessment, identify and implement preventive measures;
- Prepare and update OSH documentation, instructions and procedures;
- Register accidents, participate in their investigations and initiate preventive actions;
- Cooperate with occupational health specialists;
- Conduct internal inspections, provide recommendations on workplace safety and ergonomics;
- Consult employees on OSH issues and ensure their awareness;
- Participate in inspections by state institutions and coordinate actions after them;
- Coordinate the activities of the OSH committee;
- Contribute to ESG and social compliance initiatives, prepare reports for management;
- Monitor changes in international standards and customer requirements (e.g. FLA, Higg FSLM, GRS);
- Organize and coordinate social compliance audits and corrective actions;
- Manage social compliance documentation, data and ensure their traceability;
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with requirements.
Requirements:
- Higher university degree in management or social sciences;
- Valid occupational safety and health specialist certificate;
- Excellent knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) and social responsibility legal requirements;
- At least 1 year of practical experience in the field of OSH (preferably in a manufacturing company);
- Experience working with data management, documentation preparation and process traceability;
- Ability to create, systematize and improve procedures;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to analyze processes, identify risks and propose improvements;
- Experience in audits and understanding of non-conformity management and corrective actions;
- Responsibility, diligence, independence and logical thinking;
- Good knowledge of English.
