We are currently inviting an employee development partner to join the group - someone who will take responsibility for the formation and implementation of the employee development direction in the organization. This is a position for someone who not only organizes training, but also creates educational solutions, strengthens the competencies of managers and acts as a partner for managers, seeking to have a long-term impact on the growth of the organization.

Nature of work:
- Develop and implement employee development (L&D) strategy and solutions;
- Analyze employee and management development needs, create and develop training programs;
- Organize and facilitate training, workshops and development initiatives;
- Implement and develop development solutions (onboarding, LMS, etc.);
- Consult managers on employee development and team development issues;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of development initiatives and their impact on business results;
- Contribute to organizational development initiatives through development solutions;
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the field of employee development (L&D);
- Experience in developing and implementing training and education solutions (not only in coordination);
- Ability to identify training needs and develop practical solutions;
- Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and adult education principles;
- Experience in facilitating training or workshops (a big advantage);
- Ability to consult managers and act as a partner;
- Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training;
