  • Have a higher education (an advantage in urban planning, construction, transport, or other engineering field);
  • Have accumulated experience in team management;
  • Speak English at a level not lower than B2 – be able to communicate fluently, understand technical documentation.

  • Have strategic thinking and the ability to make data-based decisions, seeing the long-term development direction of the public transport system;

You will be responsible for:

  • Organization of the department's activities, ensuring the organization and management of sustainable mobility services and the planning and development of the necessary relevant infrastructure (pedestrian paths, bicycle paths, parking for micromobility vehicles, etc.) in the city of Vilnius;
  • Formation of sustainable mobility policy, implementation of the Vilnius Sustainable Mobility Plan measures, urban planning of city transport, organization of data modeling activities and their timely submission;
  • Implementation of the company's strategy, you will strive for the established performance indicators within the scope of the functions of the Department you lead, initiate the necessary changes to achieve them;
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company, the municipality, partners, state institutions and contractors, representing the interests of the company;
  • Department budget management, resource planning, ensuring the quality of the company's services;
  • Team building, employee motivation, professional growth and engagement.
