KINDERGARTEN TEACHER FULL/HALF-TIME

We are looking for a kindergarten teacher to join our team to work with children aged 1-3 in a half-day or full-day kindergarten group.

Your daily routine:

• Lead educational activities adapted to the developmental needs and individual pace of children of this age;
• Help children adapt smoothly to kindergarten, create a safe and cozy relationship;
• Work in a team - together with other teachers in the group;
• Organize daily educational activities for children;
• Communicate with parents, share observations of the child's progress;
• Contribute to the development of educational content and methodological materials in accordance with the UMO philosophy.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Pedagogical education in preschool education (or studies in this field);
• Knowledge of the developmental stages and needs of children aged 1-3;
• Ability to work in a team and take responsibility;
• Creativity, empathy, patience and initiative;
• Knowledge of Lithuanian, English and/or Russian;
• Work experience with a group of children of similar age is desirable;
• Hygiene skills/first aid certificate – required.
