Description of responsibilities:
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining statistical and/or machine learning models within the insurance or financial sector
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
- Proven experience with data cleaning, feature engineering and predictive modeling
- Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical and machine learning techniques for pricing and risk assessment
- Experience with WTW Emblem or Radar will be considered an advantage
- Native Lithuanian and good English communication skills for collaboration across the Baltics
- Analytical mindset with creativity and curiosity to explore new approaches and solutions
- Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and understandable way

- Developing and maintaining pricing models for insurance products such as MTPL, CASCO, property insurance, etc.
- Evaluating and interpreting A/B testing results and providing recommendations for data-driven decision-making
- Preparing and presenting analysis results in a simple and understandable way to various business teams
- Monitoring model performance and making necessary adjustments
- Exploring new analytical methods, tools, and technologies to enhance pricing and risk modeling capabilities

- Work in a great team at the BTA office - Laisvės pr. 10, Vilnius, Lithuania
- On-site work on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust working hours within a one-hour range
- After the probation period, the possibility to work remotely 2 days per week
- Gross salary from EUR 3500 to 4500, depending on the candidate's experience and suitability for the role
