Main functions:

Main functions:
- Organization and administration of community activities;
- Communication with residents, service providers and contractors;
- Coordination of repair and maintenance work;
- Administration of community documentation and decisions;
- Organization of meetings.
Employee requirements
Candidate expectations:
- Ability to organize and coordinate work;
- Responsibility and honesty;
- Experience in apartment building administration, construction, maintenance or similar fields would be an advantage;
