Your main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the effective management of apartment building administration activities - from resident experience to coordination of technical, legal and financial issues.
- You will lead a team of managers: strengthen the team's competencies, conduct one-to-one interviews, ensure the achievement of clear goals and create a customer-oriented work culture.
- You will ensure the smooth operation of the department: monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage performance results and strive for high customer satisfaction.
- You will actively cooperate with residents, partners and contractors, promptly respond to feedback and resolve complex situations.
- You will closely cooperate with the legal team, managing legal risks and conflict situations.
- You will monitor market trends and the competitive environment, analyze competitors' actions and make suggestions for strengthening operations, customer experience and services.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3-5 years of management experience in the field of services, real estate or apartment building administration.
- You are a strong team leader, able to ensure the achievement of performance results and team engagement.
- You are able to make decisions in complex situations, constructively manage conflicts and maintain professional relationships with residents, partners and contractors.
- You have strong negotiation skills and are able to find solutions in complex situations, including debt management or contract disputes.
- You have a practical understanding of apartment building administration activities and are able to work constructively with technical issues - you understand the essence of problems, effectively cooperate with technical specialists and do not get lost in technical discussions.
- You are interested in the market, understand the competitive environment and are able to recognize trends in customer expectations and market changes.
- You have a higher education and excellent management skills.
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment where initiative, responsibility and results are important.
- You drive a car and are ready for active communication with customers.
