What are you going to do?
- I will consult with residents of apartment buildings on renovation issues.
- I will help residents understand the benefits of renovation and accompany them throughout the project.
- I will organize residents' meetings.
- I will coordinate the preparation of investment plans and their presentation to residents
- I will cooperate with administrators, designers, contractors and APVA.
- I will coordinate the progress of projects, monitor deadlines and documentation.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education;
- Has successful experience working with customers (B2C);
- Has at least 1 year of project management or similar work experience;
- Knows how to communicate with people and is able to find solutions;
- You work well with MS Office programs
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, know Russian. (Polish is a big advantage);
- You are responsible, communicative and result-oriented.
- has a category B driver's license.
