What are you going to do?
- You will carry out technical maintenance and periodic technical inspections of the administered apartment buildings.
- You will assess the technical condition of the buildings, take photographs and record the identified defects.
- You will prepare technical inspection reports, defect reports and other technical documentation.
- You will organize and coordinate scheduled, current and emergency repair work.
- You will supervise the quality and deadlines of the work performed by contractors.
- You will consult residents on technical maintenance issues and cooperate with contractors and institutions.
- You will participate in apartment building repair, modernization and renovation projects.
We hope you:
- Have a technical education and work experience in the field of technical maintenance of buildings, construction or building administration.
- Are able to independently assess the technical condition of buildings and organize the necessary work.
- Are familiar with the legal acts regulating the technical maintenance of buildings.
- Know how to use a computer and have a category B driver's license.
- Are responsible, proactive and focused on quality results.
