We are looking for an apartment building accounting specialist who will ensure that the residents of the buildings we administer receive correct and timely invoices, and that each fee contained in them is justified and explained.
In this position, it is important not only to work well with numbers and accounting systems, but also to understand the logic of calculations, be able to clarify the reasons for discrepancies, and cooperate with apartment building managers in resolving customer issues.

Your main responsibilities:
- control and reconciliation of taxes calculated for residents of apartment buildings, ensuring correct invoices;
- preparation of accounting for newly administered apartment buildings in systems;
- entering and administering services, tariffs, distribution principles and other parameters required for accounting in accounting systems;
- entering primary accounting transactions into the accounting program;
- control, reconciliation and submission of calculation reports;
- discrepancy analysis – finding and resolving reasons when calculated taxes or data do not match;
- consulting clients on accounting issues – the ability to clearly explain what, why and how a specific tax was calculated for;
- close cooperation with the management team of apartment buildings in resolving accounting issues of specific houses and their residents;
- contribution to the improvement and efficiency of accounting processes.

- you have accounting/bookkeeping knowledge or practical experience working with accounting, settlements or invoice formation;
- you work well with numbers and larger amounts of data;
- you are meticulous and analytical – you notice discrepancies and look for their cause, and not just correct the result;
- you are able to understand the logic of calculations and check whether the result is correct;
- you know how to explain a complex accounting issue to the client in a simple and understandable way;
- you are communicative, solution-oriented and able to work in a team;
- you are good at working with data processing tools and quickly understand new systems;
- you are not afraid of non-standard situations and are able to independently find solutions.
We will consider experience in apartment building administration, utilities, energy, telecommunications or another field where invoices are periodically formed for a large number of clients as an advantage.
