Paint and chemical solution preparer (printing inks)

We are growing rapidly and expanding our production volumes, so we are inviting ink and chemical solution preparers to join our team to work with printing inks.

What you will do

• You will prepare printing inks in accordance with the established requirements and control them during the production process.
• You will ensure that low-quality products are not produced.
• You will maintain order in the ink preparation rooms.
• You will fill out printing ink usage reports.

You will work according to a rolling work schedule:

2 day shifts → 2 night shifts → 4 days off.

🕗 Day shifts: 08:00–20:00
🌙 Night shifts: 20:00–08:00

After four work shifts, you will have four days off in a row. The work schedule is set in advance, so you can plan your time, family plans, vacations, or trips well in advance.

What we expect

• Ability to quickly orient yourself and physical endurance.
• Responsibility and ability to comply with work and safety requirements.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team. If you do not have experience, we will train you on the job.

Advantage: experience in production, technical education.

€2,100–3,000 excluding taxes.

The training period lasts 3 months. During this period, we guarantee a salary of at least €2,100/month excluding taxes.

According to company statistics, ink and chemical solution preparers working in the first year earn €2,100–2,300/month excluding taxes. The upper limit is reached by experienced ink and chemical solution preparers who independently prepare and control and adjust printing inks during the printing process.

The starting salary depends on the candidate's experience and competencies, and the final salary depends on the results achieved, acquired skills and work pace.
