NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Painting Line Worker,whose purpose is to ensure smooth work on the powder coating line, by preparing, hanging and unhanging painted parts in a high-quality manner and in compliance with the established quality, work safety and productivity requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Prepare parts for painting in a high-quality manner, hang them on the painting line conveyor and ensure their smooth movement in the production process.
• Unhang painted parts, perform a visual quality check and properly place them for further processes.
• Adhere to the established work rates, technological processes and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety requirements in daily activities.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Responsibility, honesty and attention to the quality of work.
• Ability to understand work instructions and follow them.
• Teamwork and respectful communication with colleagues.
• Experience in production would be an advantage, but we provide training for those who do not have it.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 8.86 - 10.03 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1478 - 1923 €/month excluding taxes. The maximum possible wage amount is achieved together with paid bonuses, which depend on the results achieved and the hours actually worked.

• Category I: 8.86 - 9.31 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1487 - 1553 €/month excluding taxes.
• Category II: 9.55 - 10.03 €/hour (average monthly salary: 1593 - 1673 €/month excluding taxes.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
