WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

As a painting shift manager at UAB Rheinmetall Defence Lietuva, your daily tasks will include:

  • Ensuring the production process (painting) in the assigned production area, in compliance with quality, quantity, deadlines and cost requirements
  • Planning of part orders, taking into account personnel capacities, equipment load and set deadlines
  • Control of production processes
  • Continuous optimization of production processes
  • Identification of problems arising in production and their resolution
  • Ensuring and improving compliance with employee safety and health requirements and participation in risk assessments
  • Organization of serial production

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in leading a team in the field of production (experience in the field of painting is an advantage)
  • Knowledge and practical experience of LEAN management principles
  • Skills in working with SAP and MS Office programs
  • Good communication, problem-solving skills and self-confidence
  • Readiness to work in shifts
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, basic English
