AVS PipeFit is looking for an experienced Painting Project Manager to coordinate sandblasting and painting work on ship and industrial projects.
Work location: Klaipėda + short-term business trips according to project needs.

Nature of work:
- Organize and coordinate sandblasting/painting of metal structures and pipes in the workshop, on ships and in industrial projects
- Ensure the quality of the work performed and compliance with technological requirements
- Plan the work progress and necessary resources
- Coordinate the team and ensure smooth execution of work
- Contribute to improving processes and more efficient organization of work.
We hope you:
- You have experience in the field of sandblasting/painting of metal structures or pipes
- You are well versed in painting technological processes
- You have good knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage)
- You are able to organize work and coordinate a team
- You are independent, responsible and result-oriented
- You have a category B driver's license
- You are ready for short-term business trips.
