Gas station manager in Kalvarija

Organizing and coordinating daily work at gas stations (we are looking for a team member who would happily take over the "helm" of two gas stations);

Providing high-quality customer service and appropriate service provision;

Building, developing, motivating and smooth communication with your team;

You will achieve the monthly sales goals set for you;

You will maintain cleanliness and order and compliance with standards at the gas station.

Work experience in retail (gas station sector - an advantage);

Knowledge of work safety instructions, computer skills;

Higher education (technical field - an advantage);

At least 1 year of managerial work experience;

Excellent planning and organizational skills;

Driver's license (category B);

Written and spoken Lithuanian;

Responsibility, communication skills.
