The main responsibilities of this position:
The main responsibilities of this position:
- Assist the immediate manager in organizing the work of operators - sellers (team development and improvement)
- Ensure a flawless Olerex customer experience (ensure high service quality);
- Take care of the assortment of goods and the arrangement of goods in the gas station store;
- Assist in maintaining the gas station's accounting and financial records;
- Check documents for incoming and sold goods;
- Constantly look for ways to improve the gas station's activities;
- Guarantee cleanliness and order inside the gas station and on its territory;
Employee requirements
- Work experience in retail trade or service sector
- Higher Education
- Communication, independence, initiative and creativity
- Customer and results oriented
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Driver's licence B category)
