At Marry Me by Ribas salons, we help customers choose jewelry with natural, certified diamonds — purchases that are memorable both for the experience and for the jewelry itself. At the Vilnius Airport salon, you will work with traveling customers from all over the world: here, the conversation is often limited in time, so it is especially important to quickly understand the need, clearly explain the value and close the sale. A significant number of customers return to us after the trip — so even a short conversation has a continuation here.

The salon works in the rhythm of the airport, so the schedule is drawn up according to the flight schedule and coordinated in advance:

• Morning shift starts at 5:00 AM;
• Later shift starts in the second half of the day;
• Shift duration — up to 10 AM, so you have more days off per month;
• Summary working time accounting is applied;
• We pay for the Bolt taxi ride for the morning shift, and we also provide a parking space.

Sales experience is important to us. No less important are discipline, responsibility, willingness to learn and the ability to work in a team.

• You are fluent in English and Russian — this is essential when working at the airport; other foreign languages will be a great advantage;
• You have at least 2 years of sales experience; experience in the luxury or premium segment — an advantage;
• Experience working in an airport store or business club — a great advantage;
• You are ready to work shifts, including the early morning shift;
• You want to become a diamond sales expert and are ready to deepen your knowledge so that product knowledge becomes your strongest argument when presenting our jewelry products;
• You are able to listen to the client's needs and exceed their expectations;
• You know the stages of sales, calmly talk about a price of several thousand euros and know how to close the sale: ask the client for a decision and agree on an order;
• You have experience working with the client after the purchase: our clients — especially foreigners — come back for resizing, repairs or other issues, and you know how to find a solution;
• You are close to active sales: you approach the client yourself and conduct a conversation, rather than waiting for them to contact you;
• You work in a disciplined and independent manner: you plan your own results, adhere to agreements and take responsibility;
• You will work alone for some shifts and a certain period of time: you know how to be your own motivator, maintain the pace and standard without a colleague nearby, and when working together — you share what works.

The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies — the proposed base remuneration range is from 1,850 to 2,150 EUR gross (approximately 1,200–1,350 EUR in cash). This is the starting remuneration range: the company operates a system of professional levels — upon reaching a higher level (product knowledge, sales results, independence), the base remuneration also increases. Additionally, monthly bonuses are paid for personal and team results. The size of the bonus is not limited — it directly depends on the result, and in months of good results it reaches approximately 1,000 EUR in cash.
