We are currently looking for a Department Manager. This is the first management role that combines a passion for sport with the ability to grow a team, lead a business and improve the customer experience in your department.

In this role, you will set the direction of your sport, create the conditions for your team members to succeed and translate insights into action both in physical stores and online channels to ensure sustainable performance, taking into account the needs of people, the planet and the business.

To create and implement a localized omnichannel strategy that increases performance across all channels, you will use customer and sports data to set goals, select the right product range and create appropriate seasonal plans that increase profitability and long-term customer loyalty.

MANAGE YOUR DEPARTMENT’S PERFORMANCE TRENDS

To create and manage your annual trajectory for people, planet and business by analyzing your data and implementing action plans, you will optimize your profit and loss statement, manage inventory accuracy and oversee productivity, contributing to the overall success of the store.

SUPERVISING DAILY STORE OPERATIONS

To ensure the safety of customers, colleagues and products at all times, you will learn to manage the store's systems and equipment, provide practical assistance in the area of daily business processes and service, so that the store runs smoothly and accurately like clockwork.

From 2100 €/mon. gross
The starting salary for this position is 2100 euros per month, excluding taxes. Total salary + monthly bonus, the final offer will be based on the candidate's experience.
