Desserts/Coffee/Coffee - PAVLOVA dessert restaurant (Ogmia town)

We are looking for a responsible team member for the dessert house “PAVLOVA”.
We are looking for 1 employee - full-time (sliding schedule).

Area of responsibility - cash register, bar, warm welcome of guests

Full-time work, LONG/SHORT week, every second weekend off. We are looking for mature, positive people:-).

The first two weeks are a trial, active learning period. We will teach you how to make the most Instagrammable pavlova desserts, other delicacies and guarantee an unforgettable sweet experience.

What our main barista does:

• customer service; working with the cash register;
• active sales at the workplace, motivation to sell as much as possible (monthly bonuses to salary depend on this);
• assembling desserts and decorating and preparing ice cream;
• making coffee, tea, cocktails;
• maintaining impeccable order at the workplace;
• Taking orders (live, by phone) and implementing them;
• Serving Afternoon Tea;
• Maintaining and maintaining order in the bar and hall.
