Requirements
Relevant higher technical education.
Experience with design work in SolidWorks or similar tools.
Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Ability to prepare relevant technical documentation.
Experience with and/or interest in GRP is an advantage.
Good English skills, both written and spoken.
Independent and responsible.
Solution-oriented and creative, with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to manage your own time and handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

In projects, you will collaborate closely with the project manager, colleagues in the engineering department, and fabrication. Clear and effective communication, along with a positive attitude, are essential for success in this role. CSUB’s engineering department currently consists of approximately 20 employees, and we offer a positive and supportive working environment. You will be part of an international and inclusive workplace with colleagues in Norway, Lithuania, and other locations worldwide.
