We are looking for someone who:
- Has a technical education;
- Has experience in the fields of production, mechanics, metalworking or welding
- Has experience in team management
- Is able to read and prepare technical drawings
- Knows how to work with AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor programs
- Is focused on results, quality and effective process management
- Is able to make decisions quickly, take responsibility and ensure the implementation of work
We will trust you:
- Organization and coordination of the work of the mechanical workshop, ensuring the smooth execution of production processes
- Planning and supervision of modernization of production equipment, production of non-standard stainless steel products, parts and construction components
- Organization and control of installation of engineering networks
- Team formation, development, motivation and coordination of daily work
- Ensuring the quality of work, compliance with deadlines and occupational safety requirements
- Work with technical documentation, drawings and projects and supervision of their implementation
