Nature of work

We are looking for a responsible and technically minded Part Preparation Technologist who would not only perform production work, but also contribute to the smooth organization of work, optimization and control of materials, and improvement of production processes.

  • Working with the Prima punch "NC Express" program for sheet metal stamping machines - arranging parts on sheet metal, rationally using materials.
  • Working with the EHRT punch "PowerCut" program for copper parts stamping machines - arranging copper parts, optimizing materials.
  • Supervision and control of production work, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality requirements.
  • Control of material consumption, residues and write-offs.
  • Ensuring efficient use of raw materials and reducing waste.
  • Analysis of production processes, identification and improvement of problems.
  • Cooperation with colleagues in solving technical and production issues.

Employee requirements

  • Technical education or practical experience in the field of metalworking / manufacturing.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Experience working with CNC or other metalworking machines.
  • Experience with NC Express, PowerCut, Prima Punch or EHRT Punch would be a great advantage.
  • Ability to plan your own work and control its execution.
  • Responsibility, diligence and attention to product quality.
  • Ability to analyze production processes and suggest practical improvements.
  • Teamwork and independent problem-solving skills.
