- Part preparation: thorough cleaning of components to established standards using the necessary tools.
- Quality control: visual inspection to ensure that products meet requirements.
- Documentation: simple accounting of work performed (filling in simple forms).

- Attention to detail and diligence: the ability to notice small details and perform tasks responsibly.
- Honesty: professional ethics and punctuality.
- Want to improve: previous experience in production is not required - we provide all the necessary training and introduce you to the work processes from the basics.
