Nature of work
- Plan, coordinate and implement modern IT systems and automated software delivery processes (CI/CD);
- Ensure effective monitoring of IT systems, troubleshoot and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent recurrence of failures;
- Consult software developers and other employees on DevOps practices and automation solutions, acting as a team mentor;
- Assess the need, plan, initiate and participate in the procurement of modern IT systems and DevOps tools;
- Prepare and update technical documentation and implement organizational standards.
Employee requirements
- You have a higher education in information technology or a similar field;
- You have accumulated experience in DevOps or IT systems maintenance;
- You have solid experience in Windows or Linux system administration and understand the basics of computer networks;
- You have experience working with databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, etc.);
- You have practical experience in automating processes (you can write scripts, e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.);
- You have experience working with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or configuration management (Ansible) tools and CI/CD processes (Advantage);
- You develop solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or n8n (Advantage);
- You have good Lithuanian and English language skills;
- You are able to independently plan work and implement goals;
- You are ready to effectively solve emerging challenges, find possible solutions and are not afraid to take the initiative in uncertain situations;
- you have ITIL Foundation and Microsoft Azure certifications (A big advantage – AZ-400: Microsoft DevOps Engineer Expert or other Associate / Expert level certifications).
