It is important to us that you:
- has at least 2 years of work experience in Linux system administration
- has good knowledge of Linux operating systems administration and troubleshooting
- has practical experience in administering RHEL and Debian family systems
- has good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and basic network protocols. Experience in administering Apache and/or Nginx
- has experience working with MySQL/MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL. cPanel / WHM administration experience would be a great advantage
- has experience in BIND DNS administration
- has Bash skills, Python/PHP would be an advantage
- has experience in using Ansible and infrastructure automation
- is able to independently plan work, solve technical problems and take responsibility for the result
- has good English reading and understanding skills in technical documentation
- is able to complete work within set deadlines.
What tasks await you:
- Linux server administration, maintenance, configuration and incident resolution
- Linux server administration and maintenance (RHEL and Debian families). Ensuring server performance, stability and security
- Apache and Nginx WEB server administration and configuration
- MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL administration and maintenance
- cPanel / WHM environment administration and maintenance
- DNS infrastructure administration using BIND, DNS record and zone management
- DHCP and email infrastructure administration and maintenance
- server updates, configurations and changes management
- systems and infrastructure monitoring using PRTG, Zabbix or other monitoring tools
- infrastructure automation using Ansible and Bash
- preparation and updating of server configurations and technical documentation
- participation in infrastructure optimization, automation and security improvement projects
- cooperation with the IT team in solving more complex infrastructure, network and system malfunctions.
