Artificial intelligence is already changing the way we work – from document preparation to project analysis. We are looking for someone who will help the entire EIKA Group use AI confidently, neatly and safely. We invite AI COORDINATORS to join us!
Nature of work:
- Implementation and monitoring of AI usage policy in the group;
- Administration of AI tool access: assessment of employee applications, granting and revoking licenses;
- Assessment of new AI tools before approval of use – data security, licensing conditions, legal compliance;
- Organization of employee training and preparation of practical material: usage examples, query templates, memos;
- Daily employee consulting – from “which tool to choose for this task” to “can I upload this document”;
- Assistance to colleagues in creating and configuring AI agents (e.g. Copilot Studio agents, Claude projects) – from idea and task description to a working, proven solution;
- Searching for processes where AI brings real benefits together with department heads and testing solutions in practice;
- Incident registration and resolution (inappropriate data use, erroneous AI results), providing suggestions for policy amendments;
- Monitoring market innovations and providing recommendations for AI development within the group.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You have experience in technology implementation, process improvement, project management or training organization;
- You use generative AI tools every day and are able to explain their operation in a simple way to someone who is hearing about them for the first time;
- You are well-versed in the Microsoft 365 environment (experience with Copilot is an advantage);
- You understand data protection principles and GDPR requirements (knowledge of the EU AI Act is an advantage);
- You have excellent communication skills and a desire to help colleagues - you are happy to explain, demonstrate in practice and come back if you did not succeed the first time;
- You work independently and find a common language with people of different technical backgrounds - from the construction site to management;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English - at least B2 level.
We will consider it an advantage:
- Experience in the real estate or construction sector;
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, etc.);
- Experience in developing internal policies or procedures.
