Diagnostic specialist

Work location: Fredos St. 2 / Veterinarų St. 32, Biruliškės, Kaunas district.

Work during the day, work schedule: I–IV 07:30–16:45, V 07:30–12:30

The position focuses on:

✔ early detection of failures
✔ reduction of unplanned equipment stops
✔ extension of bearing and rotor service life
✔ development of a vibration diagnostic system in the company
✔ optimization of scheduled repairs

You will be responsible for:

· diagnostics of industrial electric motors (servomotors, asynchronous and rotary)
· measurement and analysis of bearing vibration
· assessment of the condition of rotors, impellers and shafts
· determination of mechanical imbalance
· diagnostics of bearing wear and prediction of the need for replacement
· early detection and prevention of failures based on diagnostic data
· thermographic inspection of motors and electrical assemblies
· use of vibration diagnostic equipment according to measurement protocols
· documentation of diagnostic results and preparation of technical reports
· implementation of preventive maintenance plans
· compliance with safety requirements in a production environment

✔ you have experience in industrial engine diagnostics
✔ you understand the principles of vibration analysis
✔ you are able to identify bearing damage based on vibration signals
✔ you understand the impact of mechanical imbalance and misalignment on equipment
✔ you know how to work with vibration diagnostic measuring equipment
✔ you are able to prepare technical conclusions and recommendations
✔ you work systematically and independently
