You will be responsible for:
- Achieving strategic and financial goals set for the region;
- Ensuring high-quality, effective wholesale customer service;
- Controlling customer debts and taking actions to recover debts;
- Analyzing the regional market potential, providing insights and initiating actions;
- Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing and potential customers - by e-mail, telephone, during meetings. Visiting regional customers;
- Motivating and developing employees. Carrying out employee selections. Planning and drawing up work schedules for subordinate employees.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education;
- You are knowledgeable in wholesale and/or retail trade;
- You are an excellent negotiator, communicative, goal-oriented, able to work in a team;
- You are able to plan team work, delegate tasks and control their implementation;
- You have managerial experience (an advantage);
- You have a driver's license.
