We are a book and board game publishing company that cooperates with retail chains, bookstores and other trade partners throughout Lithuania. We are currently looking for an active, responsible and results-oriented team member who would contribute to the development of our products and sales growth.
Main job functions:
Main job functions:
- Support and develop cooperation with retail chains, bookstores and other wholesale partners.
- Coordinate the introduction of new books and board games into trade points.
- Monitor and analyze the assortment of trade partners, provide proposals for its optimization.
- Organize and coordinate promotions, special offers and other sales promotion initiatives.
- Analyze sales results, prepare reports and provide recommendations for sales growth.
- Visit trade points, ensure proper product presentation and visibility.
- Organize and conduct product training for trade partner employees.
Employee requirements
- You have experience in sales, wholesale, category management or trade development.
- You are able to build and maintain long-term relationships with business customers.
- You are communicative, proactive and result-oriented.
- You are able to analyze data and make decisions based on sales results.
- You work well with MS Excel and other office programs.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are interested in books, board games or leisure products.
