Nature of work

  • Active B2B sales to Lithuanian and foreign customers;
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and developing cooperation;
  • Active search for new business customers and establishing contacts;
  • Analysis of customer needs and proposing the most suitable solutions;
  • Monitoring market trends and changes, providing insights;
  • Initiation and implementation of new projects - from idea to results evaluation;
  • Planning sales activities and organizing processes;
  • Close cooperation with colleagues from other departments;
  • Achievement of personal and team goals, analysis of performance indicators;

Employee requirements

  • Experience in wholesale and B2B sales;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian (understanding, speaking, writing);
  • Good communication, organizational and computer skills;
  • Initiative, diligence and responsibility;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
  • Proactivity, ability to propose new ideas and implement them;
  • Results driven - both personal and team;
  • Valid category B driver's license.
