NATURE OF WORK:

A distribution company with many years of experience and stable growth invites a Key Account Manager to join its team, who will be responsible for cooperation with large retail chains.

Job description:
Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with large retail chains;
Negotiating commercial terms, conducting negotiations and administering contracts;
Introducing products to retail chains and expanding the range;
Managing sales targets, turnover and profitability indicators;
Planning promotions, additional exhibitions and other sales-promoting actions;
Analyzing sales results, market and competitor actions;
Preparing sales forecasts;
Cooperating with marketing, logistics and supply teams.

What do we expect?

Similar experience working with large retail chains;
Good negotiation and commercial skills;
Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and take responsibility for results;
Analytical thinking and ability to work with sales indicators;
Initiative, result orientation and ability to build long-term business relationships;
Good computer skills;
Knowledge of English;
Category B driver's license.

Salary

1500-2600 €/mon. net
The expected salary is 1,500–1,800 EUR in cash (base), the amount of which will depend on the candidate's competencies and the value created. In addition, performance-based bonuses will be paid, so the total monthly salary can reach up to 2,600 EUR in cash.
