The Deck Waiter is one of the most important positions in our team. He is an ambassador for the beginning of a good time, knowledgeable about guest service, our entertainment and who creates a good mood for guests and the team from the very morning! Maybe it's YOU?

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Creating a good time from the very morning: we believe that it starts with proper preparation!

Your responsibilities will be:
🎳 Preparing the entertainment center for opening: launching entertainment, preparing the bar and hall to receive guests.
🎳 Serving guests live and by phone, entertainment and food and beverage recommendations and reservations in our systems according to the O’Learys Guest Service Standard.
🎳 Quick and friendly response to guest requests;
🎳 Maintaining cleanliness and order.

🏈 You have a passion for sports, love food and appreciate good communication;
🏈 You have excellent communication, time planning and work organization skills;
🏈 You are a team player who wants to achieve common goals and create memorable moments for guests;
🏈 You are of legal age and speak Lithuanian;
Experience is an advantage, but we can teach you everything!

🎳 Working hours 0.75 full-time: I - IV 9:30 - 18:00; V-VII free.
🎳 Salary: 8.36 €/hour excluding taxes;
🎳 Meals during work;
🎳 Travel home after a late shift;
🎳 Discounts on food and entertainment at ACTION! and O’Learys in Vilnius, Klaipėda and Šiauliai;
