We are looking for a responsible and organized Day Hospital Manager who would ensure the smooth organization of the hospital's activities, coordinate processes, and contribute to the quality of patient care and the efficient work of the unit.
Job description:
- Organize and ensure the smooth operation of the inpatient unit
- Analyze, evaluate and make proposals for improving inpatient processes
- Cooperate with the medical auditor and implement recommendations for improving internal control and operational quality
- Supervise the logistics process of laboratory tests and the submission of answers in the electronic system, identify possible malfunctions or delays
- Register and analyze operational discrepancies and adverse events
- Control the execution of tests and their payment status
- Monitor the validity of third-party contracts, service terms and their implementation
- Assess potential risks related to contracts, agreements and commercial offers
- Plan the occupancy of inpatient wards, coordinate patient flows and promptly provide information to nursing staff
Requirements:
- Work experience in the field of nursing, managerial work experience - an advantage
- Education in the field of medicine / health
- Ability to communicate in English
- Analytical thinking and good organizational skills
- Responsibility, empathy, businesslikeness
- Ability to plan, organize work, make decisions and ensure control over their implementation
