DIETITIAN/TECHNOLOGIST

Dietitian job description: preparing menus for hospitals and nursing homes, taking into account the nutritional requirements of patients;
preparing diet menus,
creating technological cards.
Technologist job description: monitoring, controlling and improving the process;
creating and implementing new/existing recipes;
preparing and updating technological cards (TK);
analyzing and adjusting the production process and technological indicators;
selecting and evaluating raw materials;
preparing production technological documentation;
controlling the quality of work of the company's catering departments.

Have work experience in the field of catering and knowledge of production processes;
Have basic computer skills;
MUST have education/qualifications in the following areas: dietitian or dietetic treatment organization, dietology and dietetic food preparation technologist.

Work from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location - Kretinga.
