Nature of work

  • Organization of dietary nutrition for sanatorium patients;
  • drawing up daily, planned and individual menus;
  • adjusting patients' diets according to doctors' recommendations;
  • calculating the nutritional and energy value of food rations;
  • preparing new recipes and technological cards;
  • controlling the production, quality, portions and presentation of dishes;
  • monitoring compliance with food safety, hygiene and catering requirements;
  • advising patients on healthy and proper nutrition;
  • cooperating with doctors and the Catering Department team.

  • you have a professional qualification as a dietitian;
  • you have a valid dietitian practice license;
  • you know the principles of dietary and health-friendly nutrition;
  • you are able to create menus, calculate their nutritional and energy value;
  • you know food safety and hygiene requirements;
  • you are responsible, meticulous and able to work in a team;
  • you are able to communicate with patients and colleagues in a pleasant and professional manner.
