Open Agency is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
- Oversee and coordinate campaigns across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, etc.).
- Ensure smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize results.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI and overall performance.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in digital marketing, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong client management skills and ability to lead projects end-to-end.
- Good understanding of digital channels (Google Ads, Social, Programmatic, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
- Interest in digital trends and new technologies.
