You will

  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously – from strategy to execution
  • Run email marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain channel strategies across SEO, paid media, email marketing, PR, CRO, and affiliate marketing
  • Define and own the PR strategy: identify the right media landscape, map content opportunities, and build publisher relationships that extend the brand's reach beyond core channels
  • Oversee execution by external agencies and freelancers – setting direction, monitoring performance, and holding partners accountable
  • Collaborate with creative team to align content and assets with strategic goals
  • Pitch strategic ideas for new projects and take ownership of bringing them to life
  • Assist our Head of Marketing on a variety of tasks - every day is different, so the position will definitely be dynamic

You should

  • Have a strong working knowledge of key channels: SEO, paid media, and email marketing (experience with Omnisend, Klaviyo, or similar is a must)
  • Be data-driven: comfortable building reports, interpreting performance data, and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Be highly independent and proactive – we expect you to figure things out and deliver results without step-by-step guidance
  • Be a self-starter who can define their own direction without step-by-step guidance
  • Be able to recognise business opportunities and come up with ways to reach certain marketing goals
  • Have excellent communication and networking skills
  • Have fluent written and spoken English
