Your main responsibilities will include:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Operations Specialist to build the digital presence of our diverse B2B businesses, develop international markets and turn complex products and technologies into effective lead generation. If you understand B2B buyer journeys, technical SEO and conversion funnels, and focus on real business impact, we’d love to hear from you.
- Managing and optimizing VMG Group’s international B2B websites;
- Implementing technical, on-page and off-page SEO across 50+ markets;
- Creating and optimizing landing pages, lead generation forms and conversion funnels;
- Developing automated lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns and CRM integrations;
- Analyzing website and marketing performance using GA4, GTM and Search Console.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, web operations or technical SEO;
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation and search intent;
- Experience with Semrush or Ahrefs, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Search Console;
- Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both written and spoken;
- Data-driven approach with a focus on web performance, user behavior and conversion optimization.
It would be an advantage if you have:
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing or engineering B2B sectors;
- Experience with B2B marketing automation and CRM platforms;
- Basic HTML/CSS/JS knowledge;
- Experience growing organic presence across international markets.
