- UAB „Eternit Baltic“
As a Digital Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Digital team to support websites and related systems, ensuring timely business assistance. You will also collaborate with the Roll-out team when needed, contributing to the implementation of digital solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the digital customer journey across various Etex brands, engaging with digital colleagues worldwide to achieve these goals.
What you'll do (main functions):
- Implement digital support activities for business.
- Maintain support service catalog.
- Support features based on roll-out plans, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
- Participate actively in all project implementation stages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies involved in business support. Involve necessary team members in problem-solving, communicate changes.
- Train business stakeholders or team members on how to support features.
- Approve and update documentation, ensure all necessary documentation is provided for feature roll-out.
- Ensure timely business support, communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders, and maintain efficient support processes.
What you'll bring
- Knowledge in using different Content Management Systems is required (working experience with EPIserver/Optimizely is a great advantage)
- Knowledge in working with different Product and Digital Assets Management systems is preferred (working experience with Inriver, Stibo or Digizuite is a great advantage)
- Intermediate knowledge on building websites
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of website design
- Great time management skills
- Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong in conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking
- Customer focus and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies
- Familiar with agile delivery methods
- Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
