DINER FOOD SPOT MANAGER

DINERIS Food Spot in Užupis is looking for an independent, organized and proactive person to whom we can entrust the daily activities of the store.

The work is divided into approximately two parts:
~50% of the working time – direct work at the Food Spot:

• professional and pleasant customer service;
• product presentation, recommendation and active sales;
• working with the cash register;
• preparing coffee and other drinks;
• baking kibinukas in the mornings and preparing products for sale;
• maintaining a tidy, cozy and customer-friendly environment.

~50% of the working time – Food Spot management and development:

• organizing daily work and ensuring smooth operations;
• drawing up and coordinating employee work schedules with the team;
• controlling product balances and placing orders with suppliers;
• searching for new products and providing ideas for expanding the assortment;
• introducing new products to the market;
• monitoring sales results and implementing ideas on how to increase them;
• organizing promotions, special offers and other sales promotion actions;
• monitoring and improving the quality of customer service;
• daily maintenance of Food Spot social networks - uploading photos and "Stories", writing short texts and comments, presenting new products and offers.

• have experience in customer service, sales or catering;
• know how to communicate with customers, sell and sincerely recommend products;
• are able to plan your own and your team's work;
• know how to organize daily activities and make decisions;
• when you notice a problem, you look for a solution, and do not wait for instructions;
• are proactive and are not afraid to suggest new ideas;
• know how to work with a computer and are not afraid of administrative tasks;
• use social networks and can take a photo of a product, upload a "Story" and write a short text;
• speak Lithuanian well.

Knowledge of English is a great advantage.

Management or similar work experience would be an advantage, but the ability to organize, take responsibility and act independently is even more important to us.

Full-time job at DINERIS Food Spot in Užupis.

• €1,400 in cash (NET) base salary.
