UAB Baltpack is looking for a shift leader who is not afraid of fast-paced work. This is not just a sedentary job at a desk - you will spend most of your time in the production area with your team, helping them complete daily tasks.
What will need to be done?
- Keeping the rhythm: organizing the work of packers and distributing daily tasks.
- Assisting the team: preparing materials, checking packaging and helping to form pallets.
- Printing labels: entering information into the computer, printing orders and preparing stickers and cards for production.
- Checking quality: ensuring that products are packaged neatly and according to standards.
What do we expect from you?
- Willingness to move: the work is active, spent on your feet, not just in front of computer screens.
- Communication skills: you will learn to find a common language with the team and direct them in the right direction.
- Attention to detail: you will notice if something is not packaged correctly.
- Basic computer skills (we will teach you how to print labels).
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
