TO TURN OPPORTUNITIES INTO SOLUTIONS, YOU:
Our IT team is looking for an Artificial Intelligence Project Manager who will help the organization practically apply AI in everyday work – from process analysis to change implementation and tangible results. We are not looking for an engineer, but a person who is able to turn AI capabilities into concrete, safe and valuable solutions for the organization.
- You will analyze where AI can help teams work more smoothly, efficiently and with higher quality;
- You will develop and implement practical AI solutions – from documents and reports to data analysis and communication;
- You will help colleagues discover how AI can become their daily work tool – you will organize practical training, prepare instructions and share good practices;
- You will be the person to turn to for safe, confidential and responsible use of AI;
- You will test AI tools, evaluate their potential and help select solutions that create the greatest value;
- Together with managers and the IT team, you will turn good AI ideas into actionable changes.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or similar;
- At least 3 years of experience in project management or process implementation and the ability to turn an idea into a working solution;
- Ability to analyze work processes, see where the potential lies, and select appropriate solutions;
- Secure and confidential use of AI and knowledge of data protection principles;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Higher or higher education (in IT, data science, business administration or a related field is an advantage);
- Ability to travel to other locations of our company as needed.
