We will trust you
- Create, develop, support and improve the company's AI solutions and software, integrating them with other information systems;
- Analyze existing AI projects, optimize and expand them, as well as initiate the implementation of new AI solutions;
- Perform information systems analysis and identify AI application opportunities;
- Create, test and implement AI models (machine learning, NLP, text analysis, recommendation);
- Cooperate with other departments, ensuring smooth integration of AI solutions;
- Prepare technical requirements, architectural solutions and documentation;
- Participate in public procurement as an expert or consultant in the field of AI;
- Monitor innovations in AI technologies and provide suggestions for their application;
- Evaluate the performance of implemented AI solutions and initiate their improvement.
We hope you
- You have 1-3 years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analysis or software development and have worked in the development and implementation of AI solutions (model development, training, testing, integration);
- You are familiar with natural language processing (NLP), text and image data analysis solutions;
- You have experience in public procurement, preparing technical specifications and cooperating with suppliers;
- You are able to independently analyze problems, propose and justify technical solutions, have a systematic thinking and a responsible approach to work;
- You are able to clearly and understandably explain the operation of AI solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- You communicate well in Lithuanian and English (verbally and in writing), the English level is not lower than B2.
- We will consider your experience in the field of continuous improvement/LEAN, knowledge of the principles and tools of this methodology and the ability to apply them in daily activities as an advantage.
