Deputy Director for Social Affairs and Home Services

Manage employees providing social services in a person's home, organize, coordinate and control the provision of social services, ensure the quality of the services provided and compliance with the requirements of legal acts; coordinate the work of employees, form a team and take care of the results of its activities; resolve daily organizational issues; cooperate with employees, service recipients, their relatives and other institutions; prepare and administer documentation related to the provision of services; submit proposals for improving the quality of services and increasing the efficiency of activities; replace the director of the institution in the field of social affairs.

We are looking for a responsible, organized and result-oriented manager to join our team and be responsible for the organization, coordination and quality of social services provided in a person's home.
Education - higher university degree; acquired qualification - bachelor's/master's degree in social work.
