The GDP Agrokoncernas team is expanding, so we are looking for an proactive and results-oriented assistant director to strengthen the team. We offer a dynamic work environment, engaging projects, and the opportunity to directly contribute to improving the efficiency of the company's operations.
Nature of work
- communication with contractors and interested institutions participating in the implementation of the project, timely submission of contractual documents to them;
- project documentation administration, systematization, storage;
- preparing and providing letters to interested parties;
- cooperation with the project team, organization of the agenda and meetings;
- preparation of reports and other necessary materials for contractors, internal and external colleagues and partners;
- participation in events representing the company, presentation of activities;
- implementation of activities provided for in the project, coordination of assigned activities;
- organization and execution of tasks assigned by the director, related to project implementation;
- preparation of relevant information summaries and representative material related to the project.
Employee requirements
- result orientation, responsibility and initiative;
- ability to communicate fluently, solve problems, work independently and in a team;
- good time management skills;
- knowledge of document and presentation preparation, clerical rules;
- ability to express thoughts fluently in writing and orally;
- skills in information management, systematization, generalization and drawing conclusions;
- knowledge of language culture, business communication, cooperation, ethical norms,
- good computer literacy skills;
- proficiency and knowledge of English - at least at the level of a proficient user, knowledge of German - a great asset;
- readiness and motivation to constantly deepen knowledge, improve professional qualifications;
- higher education.
