We are a construction and real estate development company. We are looking for an Assistant Director to assist the Director in daily work, perform assigned tasks, and oversee processes related to the company's activities and construction projects.
Nature of work
- execution and coordination of tasks assigned by the director;
- coordination of processes and issues related to the objects under construction;
- collection, systematization and submission of necessary information to the director;
- preparation and completion of various letters and documents;
- preparation and administration of real estate sales documents;
- submission of contracts and other documents to the notary and institutions;
- communication with clients, partners, employees and other related persons;
- assistance to the director in solving daily organizational issues;
- performance of other tasks assigned by the director.
What do we expect from you
- responsibility, diligence and organization;
- ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
- ability to quickly orientate and manage several tasks at the same time;
- good communication and document preparation skills;
- correct Lithuanian language;
- knowledge of English, Russian would be an advantage;
- good computer skills;
- initiative and ability to take responsibility;
- similar work experience in the field of construction, real estate or administration is an advantage;
- higher education is an advantage.
