A private kindergarten is looking for a Deputy Director who would contribute to the smooth daily work of the kindergarten, team coordination and ensuring a high-quality educational process, and the development of activities.
We are looking for a responsible, organized and proactive person who is able not only to solve daily organizational issues, but also to create a positive environment for children, parents and employees.

Nature of work
Organizing and coordinating daily kindergarten activities;
Coordinating the work of teachers and other employees;
Assisting the kindergarten director in planning and implementing activities;
Monitoring the quality of the educational process;
Communicating with parents, teachers and other team members;
Coordination of staff schedules, substitutions and other organizational issues;
Preparing and administering documentation;
Assisting in organizing events, celebrations, trips and kindergarten community activities;
Actively involved in improving kindergarten activities and implementing new ideas.
