In this position, you will be responsible for document management, report preparation, systematization of information needed by the manager, and task control. You will also organize meetings, take care of the agenda, and help ensure efficient management time and smooth team cooperation. The position is 0.5 full-time.
Your responsibilities:
- Document management, report preparation;
- Collection and summary of information needed by the manager;
- Control of tasks assigned by the manager to subordinate employees;
- Organization of meetings;
- Adjust the manager's agenda, ensuring effective time planning.
